Order Processing Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and produced before it ships. During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping We currently ship throughout the United States.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping times vary depending on your location but typically range from 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Information Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Chosen & Covered is not responsible for packages delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of any damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.
